How it works

  • No discount, no visit limits. Every job draws down your balance at normal TRUE REPAIR package pricing.
  • Mobile fee waived. While your balance remains, your mobile fee is waived on every callout.
  • Standing priority seat. You hold the one seat we keep reserved for a single account at a time.
  • Top up anytime. When your balance runs low, refill it any time to keep your seat active.
  • 12-month credit window. Unused credit expires 12 months from purchase.
What "priority" means. TRUE Standby clients get first access to available service openings and priority consideration ahead of standard non-emergency bookings. Access is subject to technician availability. We don't promise a guaranteed response window, 24/7 coverage, or same-day service as standard — if that's ever needed for your operation, we'll have that conversation directly.

Fine print

  • Credit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Materials, subcontractors, engineering, equipment rentals, travel outside our normal service area, and specialty consumables may be billed additionally.
  • Standard rush charges still apply for work outside normal business hours.
  • Work outside our insurance, qualifications, or normal scope (e.g., certified structural inspection, work at heights) is excluded — where that comes up, we'll tell you directly and point you to who can help.
  • Credit applies to labour and standard materials at current package pricing; scope is subject to the same photo/quote confirmation process as all TRUE REPAIR work.
